What’s on your gratitude list? These days have felt heavier than ever. I feel like since our world has been flipped upside down with this pandemic, any events that are sad are magnified. For instance, the death of actor Naya Rivera really hurt. It was so shocking for me because when I heard of her disappearance, I remember I had just seen her post her picture on Twitter of her and her child. Sadly, it was her last post. RIP Naya.
It just really makes us painfully aware that we are not promised tomorrow. So instead of holding on to hurt, pain, anger – let that shit go. Instead focus on what you are thankful for. Count your blessings.
I’ll start.
I’m thankful for the many opportunities I have received lately. My YouTube channel is starting to take off in a way that I hadn’t expected. I’m getting engagement with my viewers and someone commented this last night:
I’m so thankful that this journey brought me here so that I can help others heal. Never in a million years did I think I’d be recording YouTube videos! Never! I confess, I’m a bit shy to show myself online. I don’t know if it’s because part of me is an introvert, but in other areas I am an extrovert.
I just realized I hit a milestone with YouTube. They informed me my channel reached 10,000 views! Wow!
My plants are growing beautifully.
I bought these beauties in June and already within a month they have blossomed and grown so much I had to put them in their own separate pots. I always name my plants & with the help of my tarot cards, I came up with some cute names for them.
My family is coming to visit me.
My mom’s birthday is this week coming up and both her and my sister are coming to Austin to visit me! Eek!! I am soooooo excited. During this quarantine, I have been doing okay for the most part, but there are days when I get really low and really lonely. Thankfully, I have mostly positive days, but this past week I was sad for like, two days straight. It is also Cancer season so emotions are bound to be high.

This tarot reader I follow, Sarita’s Intuitive Love Guidance, subscribed to my channel a few weeks ago. Last weekend, she shared my video on her YouTube timeline and I was amazed. Definitely subscribe to her, she is the sweetest.
A few people started subscribing to me because of her kind words about how I am an amazing reader. Wow! Thanks to her promoting me, I got a client to book a reading with me. I’m sure more will be coming.
Also, she shared some tips on how to grow my channel and we even chatted on the phone. So thankful that I found her and how she is being so supportive.

I’ve been laying out on my patio and I’ve gotten a nice tan. Matter fact, I’m going to go tan right now and enjoy some watermelon.
